The Cedar cabin is very spacious with 1700 square feet of living space and central heat & air conditioning. It has three bedrooms with a full bath on each of the two floors. The master bedroom has one queen size bed. The other main floor bedroom has two queen size beds and the upstairs bedroom has two full size beds and a Foosball table. The living room has a futon that makes a full size bed and a couch, reading chair, card table and a 55 inch "BIG" screen TV with cable and DVD player. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. It has a forty foot front porch with a swing and rocking chairs and two decks. Outside there is a gas grill, picnic table and a campfire pit. This cabin sits on 5 1/4 acres with a view of the 3/4 acre pond and the Cherokee National Forest less than 100 feet from the back door. NO HOT TUB.
We also furnish linens, towels, dishes, basic cookware and utensils . (You need to bring towels for the river).
With a TWO night minimum ( 3 nights on holidays), per/night rates are as follows:

This cabin has a
maximum occupancy of 12 persons and we
do not like to
exceed this number, however, if you insist we
will allow up to 2
extra persons at $25.00 per person per night plus tax.
We
DO NOT furnish any extra bedding or supplies for extra people.
