TO MAKE A RESERVATION "single cabin"

  • Reservations can be made by phone with a valid Visa or MasterCard. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD you may pay with a money order which includes a $250.00 damage deposit by next day mail.
  • At check in we accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, or MasterCard. If you do not have a valid credit card we require a $250.00 cash damage deposit at check in. This deposit will be refunded by mail after the cabin has been cleaned and inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition.
  • The renter must be at least 18 years of age with a photo ID.
  • No refunds or credits for early departure.
  • If the number in your group changes, you must notify Stone Creek Cabins at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival date to receive a refund or have the cabin stocked for the extra people. Maximum capacity of the cabin will not be exceeded.

     

    RESERVING MULTIPLE CABINS "more than one"

    • Same as above except payment must be made in full 30 days before the arrival date without credit or refund.

AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

You will be charged a $25.00 service fee for each cabin which is not refundable but will be deducted from the total at check in.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION "single cabin"
  • Cancellation made by the customer more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the arrival date you will be charged for one day.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days you will be charged the entire balance.
  • To cancel a reservation you must have your reservation number after which you will be issued a cancellation number.

TO CANCEL MULTIPLE CABINS

  • Cancellation must be made more than 30 days before the arrival date for a refund.

CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 4:00 PM TO 6:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
  • If you need to arrive at a later time you must make arrangements with Stone Creek Cabins by phone 24 hours in advance.
  • If you do not arrive on the arrival date your cabin will be held only for the first night and you will be charged the entire balance.

FAMILY REUNIONS

Since the whole idea of a family reunion is to gather in one place to reacquaint and reminisce, we only accept reservations for groups the size the largest cabin you reserve can accommodate.  This includes guest and visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

A copy of this agreement will be sent to you for your signature at the time of your reservation request.

It is the renters responsibility to make sure each member of his group know and understand the conditions of this agreement. (including the 10 MPH speed limit) 

1. NO PETS or FIREWORKS allowed on premises.  (lf a pet is discovered on the premises the renter wilt be charged an additional $200 for extra cleaning and exterminating and the pet will be removed from the premise immediately.)

2. No smoking is allowed inside the cabins. (We are very serious about keeping our cabins smoke free for our guest who have allergies, so the minimum charge for smoking inside a cabin will be $200.00.)

3. Do not put boats, bicycles, or similar objects inside cabins.

4. Check out time is 11:00 AM EST.

5. A complete inventory of the cabin is made after each rental period and the renter is responsible for any items missing, damaged, or in need of professional cleaning.

6. Cleaning of the cabin or grounds deemed to be excessive or unusual by Stone Creek Cabins will be charged to the renter at the rate of $25.00 per hour.

7. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy for that particular unit. Occupancy in excess of that number will not be allowed.

8. Pregnant women should consult their physician before using the hot tub.

9. An adult must supervise children at all times.

10. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM EST so as not to disturb others.

11. All visitors must be off the premises within 2 hours or by 10:00 PM EST. No visitors are to enter premises after sundown.

12. The wildflowers and plants are here for everyone to enjoy, so please don't pick the flowers or damage any plants.

13. Speed limit 10 MPH on premises AT ALL TIMES. For safety and dust control, SPEEDERS WILL BE EVICTED.

14. No camping on premises.

15. No subleasing of cabins. (The renter must occupy the cabin with number of people that have been paid for only.)

16. Vehicles are to remain on the gravel driveways and parking areas at all times.

17. The renter is responsible for informing all members of his / her party of the rules and conditions of this agreement.  

18.  A photo I. D. is required at check in.

Violation of any of the above rules or abuse to the property will be grounds for immediate eviction without credit or refund.
